One of my favorite Adobe products is
Kuler, a Flash-based online tool/community for picking color palettes.
There's also an (unofficial) Kuler screensaver.
Windows and
OSX (here's a
different version). Pretty much requires an always-on internet connection (not that it moves a lot of data--but without the net connection, it'll just show the same combination of colors over and over--needs a cache or something). If you use a screensaver, you might give this one a try. I find these kinds of things simultaneously soothing and stimulating.
